MY RIBOFLAVIN FLAVORED, NON - CARBONATED, POLY - UNSATURATED POST!
The pic above, done in gooey acrylics on a 18 x 24 canvas, is my latest painting. I named it loosely after a 45 Grave song - "HER RIBOFLAVIN FLAVORED, NON - CARBONATED, POLY - UNSATURATED HEART." The model was from the Zombie themed Dr. Sketchy's Anti-Art School held in Anaheim, CA and they are having a special gallery showing of artwork that had sprang forth from the Dr. Sketchy's sessions over the past year. I am thrilled that this painting, and a drawing I posted in my last post, will be featured in it! Yay!! It will be held in January. More details about the event will come as I get in all the info.

In the background you can see Pierre Bernard, also from Conan's show. They were both a thrill to meet and awesomely cool guys!
Here are two pics of Mark Twain & I having a conversation. It was taken in a nice city near Pasadena, called Monrovia. I think we were discussing how he should write for comics. He just stared at me blankly. A cold, stone dead stare. Whatta jerk!
And this is another tempera painting I did recently of a series of paintings I yet need to come up with a name for. I'm thinking of calling them "Shadowgirls." But not completely sold on that yet. This particular painting is called "I Was Lost, When I Found You." I'm digging the style, which is different than I usually do, and want to do more. Maybe do up a handful of small postcard sized ones and sell 'em cheap.
And finally, two drawings of two Marvel Comics characters-WOLVERINE & THANOS. I really like how the Wolverine one turned out. I want to do a more proper(as in more planned out and better rendered) Thanos. Thanos is one of my fave villains, and I really want to do a piece that gives ya the chilly willies.
