Freya visits the vet for the first time!
So my little baby finally went to the vet because I found a segment of tape worm on her bum. I was utterly both horrified and freaked out because I ... HATE.... WORMs. Parasiticle of course. So a quick call yesterday to my vet, a visit today, plus just to be sure (since the humane society wasnt sure if all her kitten boosters were given since only the first is listed on her charts) 3 way booster, with the deworming pill and all was good. She was really good for the vet tho, and Im very proud. My other two babies wouldn't have been like this at all. Cairo would have tried to bite the vet at least three times, Hades would have batted his paws and slunked away but Freya only struggled just at the very end when he was cleaning out her right ear due to some gunk left over from an old ear mite problem (nothing living just residue, thank goodness).
And just as a side note I figured this can be my writing journal/cat blog. ^.^ Sort of a "my friends hear all about the cats everyday... so I'll just spread the love else where!" type of thing.
