Bad News...

Tonight we had the 2008 budget meeting for the condo association. The way I see it, to start clearing back maintenance, keep up current maintenance, and establish a reserve for emergencies, it is going to take a 10% increase in the association fees. People are going to hate me, ah well, it has to be done.

Meeting adjourned at 8:50 PM...first complaint about the size of the increase...9:15 PM.
