or addendum to the previous post.
If, perhaps, the world at large finds it too difficult to act with the dignity and reason that adults are, by myth, supposed to have... perhaps it would not be to much to ask that I also be able to act like a child? To not have to rein in misbehavior, to speak with a calm voice when I want to scream, to greet rudeness with clipped, polite rebuke.
What if I want to throw temper tantrums and not think about how my actions effect others?
Can I have a vacation from maturity and responsibility?
