On my TCI trip
So, my trip....
I went down with the express purpose of seeing mah_zeh, but I actually managed to make a very nice and much needed vacation of it, on top of a bearable personal visit. I hung out in the sun, enjoyed the ocean, learned to scuba dive (enough) and got in five dives over the course of two trips/days, got a mild sunburn, spent somewhat more money than I had planned / wanted to spend, and generally let go most of my day to day worries. To be honest, I'm not entirely thrilled to be back already, but life marches on whether or not we march with it, and the northeast will be nice again in another five months or so. bleh.
Thank you to all of you who invited me to your Halloween parties this past weekend, even those of you who kept me on your mailing lists so I'd know when to show up, what to bring, where to park and where not park, even after I RSVP'd in the negative twice, butterisbetter and bflykisses18 (not to name names, or anything). I hope all such affairs went well, and if any of the residences in question were not torn down by drunken hordes, I'll hopefully make it to any future shindigs which you all respectively choose to throw and to which I am invited.
