My brother was attacked in school by a kid who was in kindergarten when he was in first grade. This kid attacked teachers, visiting parents, and so on and so forth, and NOTHING was done, mostly because the mother made excuses so her kid wouldn't be suspended or put in detention. It kinda resulted in my brother starting to loose his stability, and creating issues he had, which is why I'm aware of the other side
