Oh that's the perfect way to treat an accident. Not like the kitten was defending itself or spraying it with a bit of water would help. Nope! Throwing works best.
The guy that was a former attorney has some good advice.
I mean really, if he does that to a kitten, then what about a child acting like a child?
And the poor kitten. Once the kitten is well, s/he will be scared and distrusting of humans. My parents and I took in a cat whose owner's boyfriend (now fiancee) slapped him so hard, he wet himself. Poor thing was so scared and it took him a long time to warm up to anyone.
