I remember this or a similar case being mentioned a few months ago. I think the charges against the victim were dropped in the end after public outrage.

Looks like it's the same case, which if it is means the last I read the contempt charges against her were dropped thankfully.

From what I've read, she released her name publicly and willingly in order to draw attention to her plight.
