I think everything depends on your lifestyle and circumstances. I get up at 5 am during the week simply because at 7.15 I am already in the office, working away. I am at work early (and many of my colleagues are already at the office at this time) so that I can leave by 6 pm to see my daughter before she goes to bed. It is very often that I fall asleep during or right after reading her a bed time story at 9.30 pm. I also can not say that i am not sleep deprived. I am tired if stay past 10.30. I do get up around 7 am on weekends as it is sleeping in for me. I completely agree with working on controlling emotions and my problem is that quite often I react even before i realize how I am going to react. I do have a problem with what my daughter calls "emotional intelligence". 2 hours of meditation for me is an impossible luxury - I get home after 7 pm, then I face cooking, homework, clean up and finally spending time with my child (if there is no dance, tutor, swimming). Weekends are packed with running errands and extra curriculum activities of my precious child. What to do?

V Avstraliu nado-bi. U nas tolko vziali dvux novix predstavitelej v ofis v Sidnee. Mne poka tolko predlojili pozitsiju v Singapore - eto blije, no ne na mnogo. I rabotaut oni tam po 14 chsov v sutki (do vipadenij iz okon).
Kstati chem bi mne ochen tak uj strastno xotelos zanimatsia ia toje ne znaju!
Zvoni zavtra na mobilu v 8 esli smojesh, segodnia ia u zubnogo ;-(
