Kick-Ass
Last week, last_bastion came into possession of a couple of passes into a sneak preview of Kick-Ass. Like the good little comic book geeks we are, we trundled off to see it...
Oh my gods... *grins*
I'm not sure what I was expecting but I'm pretty sure what we got wasn't it. On the other hand, it was _hilarious_, in that bloody, "Did that 10-year-old really just do that????" way. Our theater was full of laughing patrons pretty much the entire way through it.
So... if last_bastion's journal is also an indicator, and you were to consider us something like Siskel and Ebert (pardon the butchering of their names), I think we give this one two thumbs up.
