Sorry I dont post on the correct days- my brothers stays on the computer ALL day and the only way I can get on is if I get on really early or extra late but last night I wasnt up cause I took some sleeping pills.-which may I add didnt help.
SO like I said yesturday was awesome and heres how it went:
B-slept threw
L-1 twixs bar= 140 calories
D-1 piece of gum= 15 calories
TOTAL= 175 calories.
V-(vitamin) =20 calories
TOTAL= 195 calories for the whole day.
EXERCISE- Jog/walk=200 calories
-300 crunches
-50 sqwats
-10 push-ups
