it was the concensus today that i would be allowed to spend the full eight hours of the work day locked in an empty office, nailing out this company newsletter that is due on MONDAY. well, looky here child! its already past noon and i've been pulled in every which direction except for that empty office containing my laptop and USB filled with drab business-speak articles that i have to find a way to make more...eh, punchy? i think i am just going to work from home tomorrow. i suggested this yesterday and the empty office idea came up but the more accessible i am to my co-workers, the less i get done on this newsletter. why did i have to run my mouth and mention my past experience with newsletters. why did i even put "communications major" on my resume? oh the things we regret in retrospect.
