house hunting sucks during the summer. my agent's all, let's stand outside of our cars and discuss the market and loans. i'm like, dude i am going to fall down soon. this is what i have to say: 1. fuck this market; completely FML for it for PICKING UP THE SECOND I DECIDE TO BUY. what, it's a competitive sharkfest now? buyers are competing, driving bids up? kidding? no? two places i've found, two places that within the day and a half that it took to get a showing to occur have been entered into contract. wuttttttttt x 1000.
