I did not get accepted to the NYC marathon. I'm pretty bummed out but it was a lottery and completely out of my control.
However, you can time qualify with a half-marathon and my PR is only 4 minutes off...so maybe next year i can get in through my own power.
or maybe i'll get in through the lottery next year.
my next decision is whether to run the Niagara Falls marathon at the end of October OR to wait until Vegas in December...
i have too many things to do to think about it now.
