Finn is asleep in the car seat right now. He can't sleep well lying down. He does seem to be getting better and even played for a few minutes today. I have never before sat with my son watching cartoons, but that was all he would do this afternoon that didn't involved hysterical crying. I'm glad he's finally getting some rest. Finn woke up with croup at 11 last night. This is an intense barky cough caused by inflammation of the vocal cords. We got him back to sleep by walking the block with him bundled in the stroller. He woke up two hours later with a high fever and breathing rapidly and laboriously. We couldn't calm him down or get him to breastfeed, so this ( Read more... )
