Kine-cone Poop
Finn found some interesting pinecones today. They were hot and squishy and left behind by a mammal. :/ He laughed the whole way to the car. I prayed I had some baby wipes. Icky. Otherwise, I'm glad we decided to park this morning instead of museum since the puddles are growing and my cold only extended me two hours of energy this morning.
We bought Finn some rain boots at the Tree House. He's splash-ready. We had enough left over from consignment to buy a Thomas Lunch Box (omg we are a product placement nightmare) and a train tunnel.
My in-laws left early this morning. I'm so sad to see them go. They have been here for a week adoring my child and extending their huge hearts. They are some of the best people I know and I could not be luckier in the legal family department. I wish they lived closer than South Alabama.
And Finn has decided my break is over.
