Yesterday my dear sweet Homeslice the gerbil died. Today his daughter Luna the gerbil died, we are very sad. Anyone who knows us well knows how much our gerbils mean to us and how they are our entire world. Thank you to thos who show their sympathy, and no thanks to those who brush over it like it is no big issue. That is not appreciated. I will remember my little darlings lovingly and how much joy they brought to Dave and I and their little gerbil siblings.
