long time no write
ok, well i don't even know when the last time I wrote was, and right now I don't really feel like checking. Anyway, I am currently in Baltimore (big surprise there!) sitting at my grandparents computer. There is a road called 695 (you know this Ash), and it was shut down last night. It runs around the entire city of Baltimore, and has 4 lanes on each side (so 8 lanes total). Imagine the severity of the accident that shut it down! INSANE! anyway, so it was closed sometime last night, and it's not 9:39 and it's still closed. I was planning on going to the gym, but the roads are going to be crazed. I also have to drive back to philly today, and it doesn't look like that's happening anytime soon. Ok, enough of these boring details. Next topic:
I'm not sure if I mentioned this, but I saw Shrek 2 last week. It was no joke the cutest movie i have ever seen. THe first one was ok, but this one was freaking awesome. I have no idea how they came up with the lines or clever comebacks and jokes....amaaazing :) Ok, here's a funny story: (Don't laugh, ok, well it's funny, so you can): my grandmother loves trying to set me up with people, but they never end up actually working out, so I've never really worried about it before. usually the guys never call after she gives them my number; however, two guys called me recently (3 weeks ago is recent btw). One was Matt, and one was Ben. I went out with Matt first, well not just him, but him and two of his friends. IT was sooo much fun. We went to dinner and then we hit up a few bars. After a fun night of dancing and getting tipsy on TWO drinks, I knew there was definitely going to be another "date" if you will. The second one Ben, was a little weird. Unfortunately he goes to Penn, so I might see him on locust walk or something. He was nice, just weird, and we only went for lunch and a walk around inner harbor, and then i said i had to be going back to philly. I met up with both of them in baltimore since I've been spending so much time here and they live here. Anyway, Matt and I have seen each other 3 times since that first night. 2 more dinners and 1 night of dinner and hten hanging out with his friends (all of whom are really cool!) We still haven't kissed though...weird I know. Ok, I guess that's really everything semi exciting. Girls, we need to get this whole live journal thing in gear. let's go! hope you're all enjoying your summers :)
