I'll try to answer with I'm thinking, but feel free to totally disagree. XD
1a. I'm thinking that we should do that, so that 5 minutes is always our average length. Sometimes, a few seconds over or under will happen but 30 seconds is a good way to do it. :) I know that, even when I edit (which I will not do for this channel!), 5 minutes exactly is difficult. Especially when YouTube adds a second. "Punishments" are a fun way to enforce it, too!
1b. Editing could depend on the reason. We could perhaps go on a case-by-case basis. Like, sometimes, one of us might film clips from a concert or something and then talk about them (I do that whenever possible) so that would be an acceptable edit. Or if there's a time restraint which keeps us from being able to film a straight 5 minutes, cos we do have lives. I don't think there should be a "punishment" for that, unless someone edits for no reason like that.
2. Maybe we could decide a schedule so that, for example, you always follow Sally: Sally might not post every Monday, but she follows Ryan and posts whenever she can after Ryan's posted and then you post whenever you can after that? Does that make sense? It's like a laid-back vlogbrothers with more people. XD
3. I was thinking about openings, actually. It would add to the 5 minutes, or subtract from our talking time, so I do think that each of us having a creative on-camera intro would be fun/cute! I know that I have no idea what I'll do, but it's creative that way. :) It also would show off our different personalities/interests if we do it like that.
4. Yeah! I think basic things like name, location, maybe age?, how we got involved, hobbies and interests would be perfect. :) Then we can learn basic stuff right off the bat!
We could consider days of the week, like Five Awesome Girls, but I know that sometimes that kind of structure gets hard to work around. I wouldn't mind it, though. :]

I hope I make sense. I am hyper.
