the monkey and the plywood violin

My apartment smells like pasta. Mmmm.

What a strange way to start an entry. I'll come in again.

Hi everyone! How are you? Happy Earth Day! Did you, um, hug a tree?

The weather here was insane today. I went to class and it was cloudy. When I came out of my first class, it was HAILING. And I had no umbrella and was only wearing my Video Kid jacket. :( Then, when I left to go to my next classes, it was back to just cloudy. Then it was raining. Then it was beautiful and sunny! Argh! Eventually I just wore my sweatshirt and carried my umbrella, just to be safe.

Whether the weather is cold
Whether the weather is hot
Whatever the weather, we'll whether the weather
Whether we like it or not!

I'm graduating college on May 9th. I'll be living with my sister. Which I think is cool. I'm not really scared of graduating, or getting a job. I'm sure it'll be fine. But... I feel as though, come graduation day, I'm going to turn into a three-toed sloth and cling to my roommates. Because they are not graduating, so I have to leave them.

The other night, Jamie was in the bathroom, combing her hair (I think) and she said, "Hey, Sara? I'm gonna miss you." And I almost cried. There were some tears, but I didn't full on sob. I just said, "I'm gonna miss you too." And she said, "Kay."

There's no emoticon for the face I'm making right now. But there's actually a Bret expression. Hahaha. Let me find it.

Yep.

I turned around in class at one point today and Alan had his chin resting on his hands and he grinned at me. :) He invited me to one of his improv. shows this Friday night. It's not the same as a marriage proposal, but it works.

Regarding my icon today, "Sugalumps" will never be the same for me. I can't listen to it without blushing. If any of you find the 10PM Tower Theatre performance of that, in full, I will love you forever! I'd be amazed if no one filmed it. I want to watch it for posterity, especially to prove I did not dream it. XD
