Tonsiless
Just so everyone knows:
Surgery went well. My thraot hurts like a bitch and I am a bit loopy from pain pills, but I don't feel like dying. The doctor said my tonsils were so scarred from infections that they had attached themselves to the pocket of skin that thye are supposed to fit in, and one of them was so swollen that it touched the back of my tongue. When I woke up after surgery, they kept asking me how bad it hurt on a scale from 1 to 10, one being not at all and 10 being excrutiating, and I remember thinking it wouldn't hurt nearly as much if they didn't ask me to talk. It was an 18, then a 7 after I got some water, and a 4 by the time i ate some ice cream and jello, and got ready to leave the hospital. So now I am sitting at home, drifting in and out of sleep, watching tv and trying to read.
I would apprsciate some lovings...
And if anyone want to buy me the yellow hello kitty shirt with alligators on it from Hot Topic as a get well present, I wear a XXL or a 3XL...
