Today I officially became an orphan; if it is possible to be an orphan at the age of 38. My beloved mother, Lilian Clara McKenzie died, aged 75 years. No words can express how devastated I am. Hi Rach, I am truly sorry to hear about this. I have no idea what to say really. I do know what you're going through, and I will say at first it's really difficult, but then as time goes on, you realize the person wouldn't want you to be sad, but smiling at all the happy times and everything that made you laugh.

No words though can express someone's loss. I think as an adult it seems easier, but for an 10 yr old, it's confusing and weird.

I hope all your friends are there for you. If I knew you in real life I'd make sure you knew I was there if you needed anything.
