(no subject)
Don't think that just because I don't write in this much that I don't keep up with the stalking... haha. I still read, just haven't written because of being busy and also because I haven't had much to write about.
Christmas Break starts in 10 minutes. yes. I am ready for a break. But, I'm also pretty excited to get back to school and start rehearsals for Bye Bye Birdie. I ran auditions this week and the cast looks like it will be really good. 28 7th-12th graders. I was pretty impressed at these audtitions and was really happy with the improvement since last years show. It is sooo amazing to watch the kids improve each time they audition for me. That's the part of my job that I love.
The other exciting thing is that Katherine is coming to sub for the band director during January and she is going to stay with me. That should be lots of fun. I miss having a roommate. :)
Whew- can't believe its Christmas. I don't really feel in the Christmas mood yet... maybe it will hit me on Christmas Eve at church. I didn't decorate my apartment at all this year, and two of my Christmas concerts got cancelled... I don't know- guess I'm not in a festive mood. I'm excited to go to Zeeland and see my family and relax for bit.
