Ah me, things don't seem to have changed a whole lot.  I will probably look something akin to this come tomorrow, except instead of a backpack that weighs almost as much as I do (I think the weight of that pack was something like 69 pounds), I will have a black duffle bag.  I'll still have the hat!

I got my medical forms sent back to SIM today.  Huzzah!  It was interesting going over them, quizzing Mom on various stuff.  From the looks of things, I seem to be pretty healthy.  One question was "What's your opinion on your overall health?"  I replied, "Happy and healthy".  It's true.  I don't have much to complain about.  Sure, I'm gluten- ( Read more... )
