Tim and I will be visiting Seattle for a short time next week. We'll only have about 3 days in Seattle, and Tim will probably be asleep all of the first day. So, I was thinking of going to dinner Monday night with anyone who wants to come. Jason and I are available for dinner on Monday. We probably can't be to the U-district before 8:00, though.

We'll save a place for you at the table, just like for Elijah on Passover. And you can go to a restaurant in Colorado and get a table for 7, and it will be just like we're eating together!

I would love to see you! Unfortunately I don't know yet what time I work on Monday, but I assume I get off at 8pm? I talked to Elissa and she said she'd let me know what you guys worked out, and if it's on the Eastside I can join you.

Jeremy is sitting next to me and says that he'd like to come as well. He highly recommends a vegan chinese restaurant that's at the Overlake Plaza (near the 148th St exit off 520). I also have a co-worker who really likes the vegan restaurant Udapi(sp?) Palace that's at Crossroads.

8:00 might be a little late for us, but we can probably do it.

I was looking up those restaurants you mentioned and found a Vietnamese restaurant in Factoria that has excellent reviews. It's called Square Lotus, and it has a vegan menu and a meat menu (and apparently even separate kitchens). It looks really good.

Don't worry about waiting for me before you eat. I know 8pm is late, and I figured I would just meet you wherever you ended up. As for the restaurant, I've never had Vietnamese before, so . . . sure?

I just talked to Shelly, and earlier is better for her. So I'm thinking we'll get there at 7:00, and we promise we won't leave before you get there (but we will probably eat). The restaurant is Square Lotus at 3540 Factoria Blvd Se Ste A. Let me know if that's okay with you.
