Seattle area people: Dinner on Monday?

Tim and I will be visiting Seattle for a short time next week. We'll only have about 3 days in Seattle, and Tim will probably be asleep all of the first day. Jason and I are available for dinner on Monday. We probably can't be to the U-district before 8:00, though.
