i need more dreams and less life
So I know I haven't posted any fic for a while, so I thought I'd let you all know that I'm still alive!
I've been working on an original novel that like everyone else who has ever written anything and probably most of the people on this site I hope to get published. It was written during the last NaNo (Nov 2012) and I've been editing it relentlessly since. It's now with a friend for some hardcore beta-ing to help whip it into shape even more, and then I'll do even more editing and then try to shop it out. In between edits I've been working on my query, mostly, and trying to resettle for the next edit. It's been a huge process, one with an unknown ending, which is perhaps one of the hardest parts of all of this. Editing is, no doubt, the hardest part. Because as we all know Ace is not an editor. Lol.
So that's where I've been and what I've been doing.
I still write fic, though I don't post most of it anymore--though nothing in my usual fandoms or else I would post that. I'm sort of bored waiting for my friend to get back to me, so...no promises, but if there is anything you guys want to see written, some prompts or something, feel free to leave me some here and I'll see what I can do. ETA: Open to any of the fandoms I've written in and maybe some I haven't but you think I might, lol.
ninja007 and ameshinju have already requested some John/Connor, so I've been trying to work on that, but it's slow going. So maybe a different prompt will spark something in the mean time?
