*Responsible for IT first level support
*Resolve all Help Desk Tickets in a timely manner
*Assists in training new employees or existing employees on new equipment
*Assist in providing remote and local support to PC users
Technical issues include but are not limited to PC Hardware, PC Software, Printers,
, Network issues and internal software applications
*Perform installations, modifications, and repairs on PC's and peripheral devices;
image machines for new users or other machines to company standard build
Maintain procedure documentation for performing
operating systems and software (Mid Level)
*perform system improvements, upgrades, and repairs
*Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions, and access rights
*Blackberry Support
*Support remote sites.
Knowledge/Languages:
Hebrew - Fluent
English-excellent written and oral communication skills - Mandatory
Thorough understanding of PC and server hardware
Thorough technical knowledge of current network hardware, protocols, and
standards including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
Experience in supporting Windows 2003/2008, Windows XP, MS Office 2003,
, VPN Client , PDA
Manage all system hardware and equipment
In-depth knowledge of network security and firewalls
