another year older...
but hopefully i don't continue to get wiser, cause who could stand being around someone so solemn!! lol. i am FINALLY relaxing, the party last night was CRAZY! (thanks to all of you that came out) i think that is the biggest crowd i have ever attempted to cram into my apartment, and it ALMOST worked...thank goodness i am on the ground floor, and my neighbours were forgiving of the noise in the courtyard! anyway i REALLY enjoyed the chaos and all the random friends that showed up, cause as usual a lot of the people who rsvpd that they were coming, didn't, and other people, who gave me not a clue that they were planning on showing up, did! it all balances out in the end, and although i have a lot of food left over, (which i will be taking into work tomorrow!!) and more wine and beer than i started out with, my recycling pile was pretty impressive; 14 bottles of fizz, 4 bottles of wine, a lot of beer and a giant bottle of bourbon (note to self, buy more bourbon!)...the vodka, tequila and rum were also depleted, but strangely not the gin this time.
