On July 3rd, I took a trip to Austin. I went to see a show that night, and to see a friend for the first time since his back surgery. I had a good time and saw a lot of sights.

I wanted to do a lot of posting and writing about the Las Vegas vacation, but never had much time to do either as it happened. (Too much time spent cruising Freemont Street of the Vegas Strip.) But, I can still tell my stories after the fact.

I got back home from Las Vegas on Saturday afternoon. Didn't have internet access right away, so I didn't post anything until just now. (Spent most of yesterday sleeping anyway, since the bus ride is not condusive to such a thing.)
