I just watched through volume four of Family Guy. I was lucky enough to convince my co-worker to leave it behind for me to watch through the evening. It had some parts that were just funny as hell. I don't even recall seeing any of the episodes that were on there. I am planning on watching the original Stargate movie next just to finish up the ( Read more... )

I am still waiting to get one. I harrass them Each day as to when the next shipment comes in. I've already got a game and Some WiiMotes. I just need the damn player. And Its highly likely that the fight broke out over Zelda. Can you beleive we only got Five Copies of that game -.-;;

Word is that Wal-Mart will not be recieving another shipment of Nintendo Wiis until the first weekend in December. This is due in part to the Thanksgiving holiday coming up and due to the fact that their production quota on the second shipment hasn't met with initial expectations. Expect another batch of 40 or so for your store sometime around December 1st through the 4th. It wouldn't surprise me in the least if you didn't get those consoles by then. Last time they had a console release Wal-Mart didn't get their machines til a week after they were supposed to. Whereas places like EB Games actually got their consoles right after Nintendo shipped them. This is due in part by the way Wal-Mart controls their stock. They figure alotment of consoles between their stores based on the shipment recieved in one of their central warehouses and the expected popularity of the sale of that console at the particular store. I doubt very much that you will be able to get your hands on one before the year is out there Pugo. Its too close to the holiday ( ... )

I have every intention of getting one as soon as I can. Holidays or not be damned. As for When the next batch comes in, Seems to be Mid December. It'd be nice if I had company but whatever. I'll do it all myself if I have to.

It appears that Wal-Mart while recieving the largest market share of Nintendo Wiis for the holiday season, also has the most stores in the US. Thusly leading to a fewer number of consoles on hand per store. Toys R Us it seems, has a larger allocation of Nintendo Wiis per store. It seems to me Pugo, if you wanted to get a Nintendo Wii before the end of the year: Toys R Us would be the place to go.
