Open Letter/Daily Stupidity

Dear Penn Emergency Vets:

My puppy has an eye infection. As someone who's had many pets over the years, I know an eye infection when I see one. Her eyes are puffy, red, and continuously oozing a substance approximately the color and consistency of snot. I realize you don't see symptoms X, Y, and Z of an eye infection. That's because I brought her to you right away rather than waiting a week like the usual apathetic or inexperienced dumbass pet owner.

No, she has not suddenly developed allergies. It is a standard, run-of-the-mill case of conjunctivitis. I'm fairly irked that I just paid you an exorbitant amount of money for an incorrect diagnosis. But I'm not going to complain further, because at least you gave me medicine containing an antibiotic that will treat what she actually has.

In conclusion, you are morons.

No love,

Ari's Mom, who you will not see again if it can possibly be avoided
