Backtagging: Yes
Threadjacking: Feel free, unless it's a locked conversation/post.
Fourthwalling: Go ahead.
Is there anything offensive to you that we should be mindful of? None at the moment.

[IC]

Hugging, kissing, touching, flirting with this character? Yup. Touching and hugging he's most likely to do it himself. He's not so used to flirting and even less to kissing, but he will find it interesting.

Fighting, injuring, and killing this character? :| I rather not kill him again, please, but we can discuss it if it's for some special plot. The problem with fighting and injuring programs is that the injury pretty much mean death too. In the Tron Legacy universe new programs shatter completely if they are hit with something or stabbed hard enough. In the original Tron, Ram's universe, the can take some more damage without dying instantly (Ram gets hit by a Light Tank), but unless his code gets fixed quickly and properly he will die again.

Looks

There's a few differences between the looks of the programs in TRON and TRON :Legacy, the suits being the most obvious one. Blue denotes free programs, red is programs controlled by the system (in Ram’s universe, the MCP. In Legacy, CLU II).

A program's circuitry colors vary depending on its beliefs or functions or, in very rare cases, emotions. The color of a program can also dictate the circuitry color of a vehicle piloted by that program, although certain vehicles in TRON have other factors determining their color (That’s why Ram had a red lightcycle even if his circuits were blue).

TRON Era, 1982:

* Blue
          o Neutral programs
          o Believe in and/or fight for users
          o ENCOM mainframe security programs
          o Users

* Red
          o Does not believe in users, considers them blasphemy
          o Believes in and/or loyal to the MCP
          o Some military programs, like Sark.

* Yellow
          o Hacker/Search programs

* Green
          o Military Programs (such as tank drivers)

* Purple
          o fCon programs
          o In the Deleted Love Scene from TRON, Yori has purple circuitry, and Tron’s circuits change to purple when she touches him, denoting that circuitry colors can change due to emotions.

The anatomy of programs between Tron and Tron: Legacy is also quite different. Skin color tones in Tron can be completely monochromatic (including eyes and teeth) with the exception of circuitry. Their hair is usually concealed by their helmets, however, in recent years more programs appear without helmets. Ram's looks are the same as his user Roy, so his hair is sandy blond and somewhat curly. Because soul_campaign is set inthe real world, Ram‘s skin will not be as gray and monochromatic  as it would be. Instead it will look like really pale skin.

Programs also wear armor like forearm and shin guards (apart from helmets) quite frequently, but it can be removed. They also have the ability to manipulate their environment when inside the grid, as suggested in Tron's deleted love scene, and in TRON: Legacy, where in both of them shows Yori and Castor confessing to have programmed their personal quarters.The programs have the same circuit patterns on their skin (but thinner) as the ones in their suits/armors that are replications of computer interiors. They form straight lines, curves, loops, shot vertical and horizontal or danced and wrapped around small spheres. The circuits beneath the eyes are even more thinner and hard to spot, not nearly as bright or bold as the rest. Their glow was the same soft blue as Ram's armor. The circuits are smaller and more detailed compared to the redesign in the new movie because Ram's from a previous system, and therefore is more utilitarian/has a smaller data file than the more sleek, more advanced programs

As example, his back looks like this:

Yeah he has circuits on his ass too. And probably in other places too.
