*is dead*

Hey, remember me? I've been kind of away for awhile now - various reasons, I've been meaning to make some real posts - even some real pointless posts.

But not right now.

Right now, all I'm going to do is make a big ol' fannish flailing. Briefly.

YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I LOVE this show! *hearts and flowers and dancing birds and whatever other visual aid seems appropriate*

No, no, no, that's not right. I - LESS. THAN. THREE. THIS SHOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(If you think I'm going overboard on the punctuation, I'm sorry. Just bare in mind that I have no one in real life to share this with, and no time to hang out on message boards or IM for a few hours to get it out of my system. I have to do it in one take, and right now I'm kinda feeling "there is not enough caps lock in the world" - some of you know where I'm coming from. To the rest, just know I won't be doing it again if I can help it.)

I am SO full of show love and fan-joy, you can not even imagine. I really needed that and it was wonderful.

(To tell you how much I enjoyed this episode, I tried to sign on and post this flail-squee-post right after the opening credits rolled, but my internet wouldn't connect.)

I mean, even the opening teaser was so marvelous, we got, like, 18 different characters - even some new ones, continuation of established relationships and plot lines, - O! the continuity! Mm, mm, good! (Titan initiation streaking! Aaah!)

The cast - even with drastic physical changes among them! (Now I know what all the spoilerholic fangirls were in a tizzy about!) - were in TOP FORM tonight.

Veronica is back, guys! She is in the game again. Not only is Veronica Mars smarter than me, but I totally want to BE Veronica Mars again - although I wish last week's cute hairstyles had stuck around again (huh, look at that, I found something not totally all happy-squee worthy)

How much do I love Wallace? I can't even say.

Mac! and Beaver! and they're an official couple!!!!!

We get Van Clemmons again, and Weevil's younger relations made a reappearance.

And poor Ms. Hauser who can NOT escape students making dirty jokes in her class (but I guess it goes with the territory for a health teacher)

Neptune High sure has bad luck with the teacher's aides. It's getting to be almost a running joke, the next time the usual suspects are lined up in a classroom, Veronica just needs to say "The TA did it!"

Was it just that my mind has been completely perverted and corrupted by all you - or was that crossed out slur on the bathroom door of the exact length as a certain well-know one coined in the VM4? Well, that's what it said to me.

(And, uh, I kinda liked Jackie, again!)

Hmmm, how many fangirls have decided to legally change their names to "Hannah"?

She was cute, though. Except, I had to wonder why it seemed like she and her friends didn't know him. You'd think Logan Echolls would be know to every girl in the high school if only for a) his appearance b) his social standing et all pre-series c) the scandels of the last year. And certainly with all the above.

Of course, any of that simmering at the back of my mind got totally BLOWN AWAY by the end of the episode and - I'm not going into any more commentary or speculation until I see it at least a second time. (I will say that I went "Wha? Oh. Oh! oh! OH! That means! Oh! Ah!" or something to that effect.)

Oh, and coming back to note - again, anything that happened towards the end of the episode is a little fuzzy 'cause I was kinda on a fandom high by then - I LOVED Beaver getting a little of his own back against Dick. And that the random "Mac uses her mad computer skillz to do dirty things on the Internet with Beaver" scene WASN'T so random! (*ahem* I love this show. Have I said that lately?)

And, really, that's all I've got to say. It's a fan-joy so rich right now I had to let it out somewhere or bust. I had something I was going to say (early on) about Veronica needing to learn to trust someone at some point and wondering if that would turn around and bite her some time in the future. But it turned out that ...wasn't the case. And, then I had a thought.

This was Pilot-Veronica y'all! I really think so. And we haven't seen her in a long, LONG time.

Things are beginning to get interesting. No,really. When the episode ended, I literally pumped my fist in the air and squeed "YESSS!!!!!!!!"

In conclusion:

*ah!aw!ooo!huh!hee!yay!gasp!guh!ha!whee!snerk!squee!*

*is dead*

fangirl-y, squee!, vmars, episode reactions, less-than-three, *flails*, flist
