Well, I did it again. Fell asleep and totally forgot to post.
Here it is:
2 bowls Malt'O'Meal with skim milk and a little brown sugar
8 oz. orange juice
1 90-cal smoothie
2 string cheeses
1 handful raisens
1 Sprite
1 bowl homemade turkey noodle soup (and that's the last for a while)
2 servings "Multi-Grain Flakes" cereal. (How's THAT for a generic name?)
only 48 oz. water
