1 baked potato with a little grated chedder cheese and Vege-Sal
1 can Progresso Vegetable
1/3 cup wonderful trail mix
1 slice chedder cheese
1 bowl homemade vegetable-beef soup
2 servings sweet vinagrette three-bean salad

80 oz water

Oh yeah, and a 400-cal chocolate fudge brownie with chocolate chips and nuts from the vending machine. (I KNEW there was something I was ashamed of)
