Breakfast
1.5 servings Special K Red Berries with skim milk

Snack
2/3 bagel from Panera (St. Louis Bread Company, in other locals) - (My boss keeps buying them, and they're sitting RIGHT THERE when I get those mid-morning munchies.)

Lunch
2 bowls Rainbow Chicken Soup

Dinner
Well, my sister has her two best friends for a birthday sleepover tonight. They are all having Fettucini Alfredo, garlic bread and a two-layer chocolate cake and chocolate ice cream.

I had:
2 small broiled fillets of striper bass (Younger-Younger Brother caught it a few weeks ago) seasoned with Vege-Sal and lemon juice.
Cooked Peas
Baby carrots (raw!)
Cooked spinach
Zucchini with garlic, Vege-Sal, and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese (Delish!)
1 piece of the loaf of Italian bread - sans butter

I did take my psylium fiber today, but I've only had about 54 oz of water so far.
