4-6 tbs fat-free frozen Cool Whip with 1/4 cup raspberries
Sesame Chicken meal (260 cal)

I did the long toning program twice today. But missed the gym, due to Veronica Mars episode and aftermath.

I WILL go tomorrow.

Oh, and tomorrow I get measured again, to see how many inches I lost in the first week. Any guesses?
