Today's Consumption & Exercise

..did NOT include pizza, of any kind.

It was:
1 serving R.Bran Crunch
1 serving Spec K Red
1 can Progresso Chicken Noodle (180 cal)
several slices homemade bread
glass white grape-peach juice
2-3 tbs fat-free Cool Whip (less than 25 cal!) and 1/4 cup blackberries!

96 oz water

I only got most of the short toning program in today (I misjudged when they closed and how long it would take me) But afterwards I went to the gym and burned more than 400 calories! AND did my upper body weights!
