Oh, yesterday I also had most of a can of pineapple rings. I ate the rest today.

Also had:

1 orange
1 serving Sp. K Red Berries with skim milk
1 can Progresso Roasted Chicken Rotini (160 calories!)
6-8 Triscuits
2 slices garlic bread
1 cup beef stew (160 calories)
glass of white grape-peach juice
1 serving R.Bran Crunch with skim milk
about 2 tbs partly frozen fat-free Cool Whip (15 cal!) with about 1/4 blueberries (35-ish cal)

104 oz or so of water
