1 "Apricot-Mango" non-fat yogurt (100-cal)
1 last small serving hamburger-veggie mix on rice
1 small can peas and carrots (120-cal)
1 small can cooked spinach (60-cal)

Hee. Um, I actually felt awesome when I was anorexic, so that can't always be a good thing. I felt all pure and clean. And my stomach never hurt.

For a while I was kind of worried, 'cause I would occasionally get these hideous cramping stomache aches, that felt like I had been poisoned or something.

It only happened a few times and then it went away, I don't know if was muscle spasms, hunger pains, my stomach actually shrinking.

Yeah, and once you're strictly on it for a while, your own body starts making things a little for easier for you by having taste changes. (I can hardly drink cokes, only can eat a small amount of red meat, can't stand artifical sugars and flavorings anymore.)
