Okay, I didn't know what that stood for at first glance and spent a good minute trying to decipher it. I knew the rest though. I'm not sure how I should feel about that.

That one took me a minute, too. I know what they all mean but I NEVER EVER use them. Ever.

The furthest towards "tech-speak" I get is an occasional "brb" in IM or something.

I have no idea where my mom picked it up, though, 'cause she doesn't surf the 'net. My younger sisters must have explained a lot of them at some point or something.
