That's the end of that then

He called and woke me up last night for our talk. Turns out he didnt mean it. At some point he "changed his mind" and didn't tell me. So he came here and lied to me and my family and friends. So we're broken up permenantly now. for clarification, I was not talking about breaking up permenantly. I was thinking temporarily since it was obvious he can't carry his end in a long distance relationship.

And yes, not talking to a person for a month unless you're forced to is abandoning them. Almost letting them hang up without sharing your thoughts and feelings is also a form of abandonment. Telling them that you are "here now" as you're telliing them that everything else is a lie and that you're not going to stay is also, hi, abandonment.

I don't understand how someone could honestly believe that a higher power led you to meet someone, love them, want a life with them, and then decide that the higher power is wrong. I don't understand how a person could allow a lack of faith to destroy that. Unless that was just a lie.

If God brought us together, then God's a liar at worst.
If God's promise is kept in mortal man's heart, it needs a better hiding place. Try his ass.
