I'm not sure what is scarier... the prospect that the letter is propeganda, or the possibility that some seventeen year old really wrote that.

A good friend of mine was arrested for posession of marijuana a few months back (he was smoking in Washington Square Park in broad daylight)
But he got off scott free because the cops fucked up the paper work.

Moral of the Story: Smoke all you want/ Cops are incompetent
