Ashley is the daughter of Helen and Druitt. Despite what she lacks in behavioral skills, she more than makes up for it in her field talents. Ashley is an expert monster hunter, becoming proficient in using advanced weaponry and technology. Ashley is quite close to her mother, and provides a counterbalance to Helen's desire to protect "abnormals", as she normally doesn't hesitate in terminating hostile ones and using whatever methods necessary to capture targets. In the episode The Five, after teaming up with Druitt to save her mother, she finally learned the truth about her father, which she accepted, but is nevertheless hurt that her mother wasn't the one to tell her. Eventually, Ashley learned to accept the truth and continued on with her life, even beginning to bond with her estranged father on the few occasions she saw him. In the Season 1 finale, Ashley was discovered to be an abnormal; she inherited her father's teleportation powers. While in custody by The Cabal (a recurring villain group of the series), the Cabal's head of operations does something to Ashley to make her betray her parents and friends and, after stealing the source blood vial containing pure vampire blood needed to cure The Cabal's "Lazarus" biological weapon and sabotaging the group's efforts to get data on it, teleports away from the U.S. Sanctuary and arrives at a Cabal facility in Easter Island; where she is formally welcomed to The Cabal.
She's been tracking the little dweeb all night and needs a bath not a lecture.
Oh and she's Magnus's daughter. The details are not important!
She breaks being technically 'grounded' and ends up getting beaten up by her dear old da.
Druitt: Nasty toy for someone your age.
Ashley: It's a present from my mom.
John: Then you'd better have it back!
She meets dad with a great sounding [but evil] accent.
Her mum goes nuts with worry.
Dad pops little Goldilocks away from mother and feeds her to an oversized iguana.
She's just kick-ass Ash!
She yells "Mom, I'm home!" through the bowels of the Sanctuary. People may have been trying to sleep and she just let's rip!
She's got a death-glare that equals mummy's!!!
Ashley: I ain't never seen a pirate with that small a booty.
Ashley: She knew when you changed from boxers to briefs!
She can be just as cute as her mum!
Ashley: Hey Henry, have you checked out my nubbins?
Ashley: You've gotta be kidding me!
Kidnapped by Pops take two!
Druitt: Ashley, I am not your enemy. Not anymore.
Ashley: Baldy. You invaded our house, you fed me to a giant iguana. If that’s not enough to make you my enemy, what is?
Druitt: Oh I was wrong to try to reason with you, you’re incapable of seeing the truth.
Ashley: What truth?!
John: That you have no concept of the meaning of your work. You just shoot, maim, and capture what mummy tells you, without a single regard for the consequences of your actions.
Ashley: That is not true.
Druitt: Oh you’re a killer alright. You live for the thrill of the hunt - the exquisite rush of that moment of violence. You find it utterly intoxicating. I know the feeling very well myself.
Ashley: I AM NOTHING LIKE YOU!!!!
Magnus: I've never shown you Rome, have I?
Ashley: There was never time.
Magnus: I've got a lot to make up for . . . shall we? offers Ashley her hand.
Ashley hesitates and takes her mother's hand.
She ain't afraid to go ape-shit at her gramps.
Ashley: She'll light up like it's Christmas morning.
Zach: Your mom's weird.
Ashley stares at him.
Henry: Can we cut it out with the boy thing-
Ashley: Okay, Henry, you are Indiana Jones with cooler toys.
Henry: Thank you.
Dana Whitcomb: Welcome to your rebirth.
