you know how some things are SO chocolatey that they're kinda gross? but when they're not chocolatey enough they're just disappointing?
these brownies are at the point where if they were any more intense than they are, they would cross the line and be gross. but they stop right there and are still in delicious land. seriously incredible. i had one of these with coffee ice cream last night. MAN. they don't even need to be warm. they're like chocolate cake with ganache.
now that i've talked them up so much, i'm going to eat one for breakfast.
