Like you, I've been "quitted" for a few months now, and only in the past week have I totally slipped up while drinking a bit to much... but its continued to ... well.. happen when not drunk. Don't do it! We have to stop! Running is GREAT! I'm so happy for you, because I know how hard it is. I have a hard enough time simply jogging, but wasn't life better two weeks ago when we weren't suffocating?
And like you, I've slept like crap since I picked it back up - not only do I sleep like crap, I need more crappy sleep to even function. Don't lose hope, you've come far..
