DERPDERPDERP. My favourite book is Alice's Adventures in Wonderland & Through the Looking Glass. I refer them as one book, since Barnes and Nobles sells it together... along with a bunch of other Lewis Caroll poems. XD This book has been with me thick and thin, ever since my Mary Poppins book got stolen in like, kindergarten. I've watched every movie version... and even cosplayed as Queen of Hearts last Halloweenie. I even read those horrible throw-off stories, even though they're just horrid. 'Cuz I love seeing every aspect of Alice.
I feel like there's a deeper meaning to Alice in Wonderland than just madness. Human reason, analysis of thoughts, how humans work... I think that Alice in Wonderland is a deep story within a children's story... a different mindset set in another mindset.
Here's an Alice quote while you listen to Avril Lavigne's 'Alice.' LOL. :
"I wonder if I've been changed in the night? Let me think. Was I the same when I got up this morning? I almost think I can remember feeling a little different. But if I'm not the same, the next question is 'Who in the world am I?' Ah, that's the great puzzle!"
