So, i just realized i haven't posted in a while ...

part of the reason is that i've been busy sewing -- esp. sewing smaller projects so i can clean out my craft drawers. i've made four or five aprons with various scraps of material (it's a nice easy pattern), and i'm currently in the process of making a version of this:

Well, I'm almost done with my outfits -- with the usual amount of botched hems, ripped and resewn seams and pricked fingers. Luckily, sewing is a learning experience, and I think I'm getting better. Hooray!
