Summary: What's on the tin: learning to count with the Doctor.
One is quite happy as himself, because he knows nothing else.
Two forgets all about One, since he is an entirely new man.
Three starts to feel nostalgic and longs for the good old days, but is content to stay put in his current life.
Four is where he begins to get truly peculiar, but is also when he truly begins to understand what it means to be a Timelord.
Five longs to be Ten, even though he doesn't know what incarnation that is.
Six, like every successive incarnation, longs to be Five.
Seven is in his prime in more ways than One.
Eight is eager to keep on counting, and gets his wish since no one really misses him.
Nine wants to stop counting, but keeps going anyway.
Ten doesn't give a damn about the others, because Ten is Ten.
Eleven is the craziest because he realizes how far off the rails he can go, but still doesn't stop.
Twelve thinks he's resigned himself to his fate, because everything - even time - has a beginning and an end.
Thirteen begins trying to count again.
